Your team keeps control

We use customer-owned accounts where the chosen tools support them. Your team approves the information, messages, and actions the workflow can use. Testing, operating instructions, and a handover are part of the agreed implementation.

Ownership of custom work, reusable components, account access, and third-party licenses is documented in your agreement. Optional care keeps monitoring and minor changes available after delivery, with a defined allowance and separate vendor usage costs.
