Website terms
The website explains Virekto's business services. A written scope and service agreement define any work you commission.
Enquiries and engagement
Browsing this site or sending a form does not purchase an agent, reserve delivery capacity, or create a development contract. We first assess the workflow, access requirements, and feasibility. Work begins only after both parties accept the relevant proposal and payment arrangements.
The service agreement identifies the contracting parties, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, acceptance criteria, and applicable legal terms. It takes precedence over general descriptions on this website for that engagement.
Prices and scope
Published prices are starting amounts in US dollars, before applicable taxes. The agreed scope determines the final price. Setup fees, optional ongoing care, and third-party subscriptions or usage are separate charges. A workload limit describes the intended configuration; it is not a credit for included vendor consumption.
Discovery is a paid planning engagement with its own deliverables. A later build is separately priced, and a Discovery fee is not automatically credited against it. Changes to integrations, channels, volumes, or deliverables require an agreed change in scope.
Implementation and pilot availability
Catalog products are implementation services for a defined business workflow. They are not instant software downloads. Pilot products require a limited test and may depend on source permissions, output quality, platform access, or telephone routing before a broader rollout can be offered.
Delivery windows depend on the written scope, account access, sample data, approvals, and third-party availability. Illustrations and sample outputs explain a workflow; they are not customer results or a guarantee that a particular setup is available for every business.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for authorizing the accounts, data, and materials used in your project, and for securing the permissions needed for your intended activity. This includes recipient eligibility, content reuse, and any customer communication requirements.
Your team remains responsible for business decisions and for the approvals assigned to it in the workflow. Do not submit credentials, confidential customer records, or sensitive personal information through the public enquiry form.
AI outputs and third-party tools
AI outputs can contain mistakes. Each implementation needs agreed review points, tests, and fallbacks appropriate to its use. Website descriptions do not promise guaranteed revenue, response rates, review ratings, uninterrupted operation, or replacement of professional judgment.
Connected tools have their own prices, licenses, limits, and policies. Changes to those services can affect an implementation. Additional work required by a platform migration or a new approval process is handled under the service agreement.
Ownership, handover, and care
Customer-owned accounts are used where supported. Rights to custom deliverables, reusable components, and third-party software are specified in the agreement. Handover includes the documentation and access arrangements agreed for your project.
Standard catalog scope includes a 14-day correction window for delivered-scope defects. Optional care has a defined allowance and support window; it does not mean unlimited changes or round-the-clock staffed support. Payment, cancellation, refund, and care-renewal conditions are agreed before an order is accepted.

Use the site and enquiry form for legitimate business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade submission limits, access restricted systems, impersonate another person, or submit material you are not authorized to share.
