Review Requests

Make asking for honest feedback a consistent habit.

THE STARTING SCOPE

Know what you are getting.

Local service businesses with one location, a reliable completion event, customer contact permission, and a public review destination.

Included in your implementation

  • One location, one completed-service trigger, and one email request channel.
  • A neutral invitation, one optional reminder, and an accessible opt-out.
  • Duplicate suppression, delivery status, and a support path available to every customer.
  • A 50-event acceptance batch and scope of up to 300 eligible requests per month.
  • Approved message templates, eligibility rules, documentation, and a team handover.

What we need from you

  • A reliable completion event from your existing tool or approved customer list.
  • Contact permission, a location review link, and an agreed request cadence.
  • A monitored support destination and an owner to approve the invitation rules.

Outside the starting scope

  • No filtering review invitations by satisfaction score or predicted sentiment.
  • No purchased reviews, review incentives, fabricated feedback, or star-rating promises.
  • Extra locations, SMS, WhatsApp, and additional triggers need separate scope and usage estimates.

We confirm account compatibility, volume limits, and the delivery window before work begins. A written scope defines acceptance and any additional work. Scope reviewed September 19, 2026.

FROM REQUEST TO HANDOVER

How your workflow takes shape.

  1. Choose the right moment

We identify the completed-service event, eligible contacts, and a request cadence that fits the customer experience.

  2. Make the invitation consistent

Approve a neutral message and the same public-review opportunity for every eligible customer. A support option does not replace or hide that opportunity.

  3. Check the full journey

Test 50 events for duplicates, invalid triggers, opt-outs, and delivery. Your team receives the operating guide and can inspect the invitation history.

AFTER IMPLEMENTATION

Your workflow. A clear handover.

Access and ownership

We use customer-owned accounts where supported. Your agreement records data access, retention, the rights to delivered work, and any third-party restrictions. Handover covers the operating guide, agreed access, and the steps your team needs to run the workflow.

Care on your terms

Setup includes a 14-day correction window for delivered-scope defects. Optional care covers monitoring and minor changes within a written allowance during Philippine business hours. Care can end for the following billing cycle under the agreed notice terms. Without it, your team operates and maintains the workflow.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Discuss your requirements
Can unhappy customers be sent to a private form instead?

The workflow does not gate public-review invitations by satisfaction. Every eligible customer gets the same opportunity to leave an honest review. A separate support option can be available to everyone.

What does it cost after installation?

Optional care starts at $99 per month. Sending tools and usage are separate. With an illustrative $25 monthly tool budget, recurring spend would be $124 before tax. SMS or other channels require a separate estimate.

How many reviews will the workflow generate?

Review volume and ratings are not guaranteed. The workflow makes eligible invitations consistent and traceable; each customer decides whether to respond. Pilot timing is confirmed after checking your completion trigger and contact permissions.
