Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, selected service, and a description of your workflow. You may also provide a website and a budget range. We use these details to assess your request, respond, and discuss a possible engagement.

Please describe your process without including passwords, API keys, payment details, health information, or identifiable customer records. Project data and access arrangements are agreed separately if we work together.

How enquiries are delivered

When email delivery is available, the form sends an internal notification through Resend to the Virekto enquiry recipient. Your email is included as the reply address. The website does not add your request to a separate lead database or automatically send you a marketing email.

The form shows the delivery status, including when sending is unavailable or delivery cannot be confirmed. There is no background queue. Entered details remain in the current page so you can retry, but the site does not automatically save a draft in your browser storage.

Technical information and abuse prevention

Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as request details and network addresses. The contact endpoint uses a hashed network address to limit repeated submission attempts. Those rate-limit counters expire after 15 minutes.

Rate-limit counters are held temporarily by the server, or by Upstash if shared rate limiting is enabled. The application does not include your enquiry text or raw network address in these counters. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational records.

Cookies, analytics, and marketing

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and navigation. Analytics records may include the page URL, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate location, and browser and device information. Vercel uses temporary identifiers derived from incoming requests rather than third-party cookies for this service. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation.

We do not configure custom analytics events or send enquiry form fields to analytics. This website does not install advertising pixels or set marketing cookies. Technical hosting and security functions may process request information as described above.

An optional marketing preference, if selected in the form, is recorded with the enquiry. It is separate from asking us to reply, is unchecked by default, and does not enroll you in an automated mailing list. You can withdraw that preference through the contact route below.

Providers and access

Enquiries may be handled by the people responsible for assessing and responding to them, our email service, and the receiving mailbox provider. Infrastructure providers may process data outside your country. The services and their processing terms are described in the Vercel privacy notice, Resend privacy policy, and Upstash privacy policy.

We do not sell enquiry information. This form does not send your brief to an AI model or use it to make an automated eligibility or purchasing decision.

Retention and your choices

Delivered enquiries remain in the business mailbox for the period needed to handle the conversation, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. Provider logs and backups follow their configured retention arrangements. Unsent forms are not stored as leads by this application.

You can ask about the information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a marketing preference. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and the reason the information is held. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Contact and changes

Use the contact page and mark your message as a privacy request. When form delivery is unavailable, use an alternative contact method shown there or contact the Virekto representative already handling your enquiry.

This notice covers the public website. A client engagement may require a separate data-processing agreement. Material changes to website processing will be reflected here with an updated date.
